At a gorgeous retreat center with nature - for rejuventation, walks, and meditation. In session we’ll share our stories, movement, dance, songs, body wisdom, and silence. Let’s celebrate 2026, each other, and our hopes and visions for 2027. We’ll create and laugh together. No previous experience necessary, as each form is taught incrementally. You can’t do it wrong. For everyone, and performers, writers, musicians, and artists - InterPlay builds new neural pathways, sparking creativity and improvisation.
