A monthly gathering for those seeking a regular time for creative play, personal support and renewal. Sessions include individual and group activities plus time for reflection and group sharing.
InterPlay is something that any body can do—regardless of size, shape, age, background, ethnicity, gender, orientation or belief. All that’s needed is a little willingness. If you desire to have more ease and less stress in all aspects of your life, SpiritPlay offers “body wise” tools you can use every day. Expect to laugh, savor and relax!
Helping professions such as social workers, therapist, clergy, spiritual directors and teachers have found SpiritPlay to be transformative personally and in work with their clients. All are welcome!

$100 for four-session series
