New parking regulations - don't get towed! Please share.

When coming to Raleigh Playgroup at Pullen, please NO LONGER park across Hillsborough Street in the parking lot of the office building. One of our dear friends parked there recently and didn't know that the regulations had changed two days previously. Not only was her car towed, but they charged her $275 to get it back! Please pass the word on. Friends don't let friends get towed!
